The Roberts & Morrow North Coast Open PSA Challenger Tour 5 Tournament has been confirmed as a World Qualification Challenger Tournament for 2018-19 with the winner gaining automatic entry into the World Championships in Chicago USA 2019. The World Championships draw is made up of the top 56 ranked players, 7 invitees who are winners of World Qualification Tournaments and one Wildcard position.
The North Coast Open is regarded by many as one of the best events on the Squash Australia Tour and the tournament organisers will be conducting a support program including Men and Women Grades and the popular Junior Clinic and Junior Competition as part of the weeks extravaganza of squash.
Player’s will have a part to play with similar scoring procedures this year, after last year’s successful introduction of scoring tablets with Live Scoring via SportyHQ and Live Streaming of the event via the Coffs harbour Squash and Swim Centre Facebook page alongside the constant updates and photos of the event.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for players and spectators to join in the 4 days of activities and visit the Coffs Coast Region, check out city attractions and take part in what promises to be a spectacular event in Coffs Harbour.

Coffs Harbour is located half way between Sydney and Brisbane on the North Coast of NSW. Population is approximately 80,000 and is regarded as one of the most popular tourist destinations on the east coast of Australia.
The North Coast Open was first held in 2003 and today is regarded by players as one not to miss on the Squash Australia Tour.

A junior clinic will be conducted on Thursday 4:30pm – 5:30pm to support the Coffs Junior Development program with a number of the professional players giving tips and advice to the juniors..
The Saturday Night Dinner Function provides an opportunity to meet all the PSA player’s in attendance and enjoy the food menu at our tournament sponsors The Coffs Hotel. Starts from 7.00pm

The Main Tournament gets under way on Friday night from 6.30pm for both Men and Women Open’s plus the graded events.
It’s a great spectacle and time to catch up with new and past players.
